Shipping Policy

Krunchopia only offers nationwide shipping in the United States.

Krunchopia offers 7-15 business day shipping as our standard shipping option on all merchandise orders ( this doesn’t include our 3-5 business day processing time). Due to delays related to demand and COVID-19, orders may be experiencing delays but we will always do our best to update shipping information to you on time. Depending on the carrier, your order may arrive on a weekend.

When purchasing a product or multiple products in one order, shipping costs are worked out on this estimates:

Order Confirmation

When you place an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. If you don't receive this email, contact Customer Service.

Tracking Orders

Once your order is ready for shipping, we will send you an email notification with the tracking number for your order. Most of our orders are shipped within 3-5business days after the order has been placed, for some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Single Order with Multiple Shipments

Please note, if your order has multiple items, they may be shipped from multiple locations and arrive in different packages on different dates. There is no extra charge for split shipments.

Cancellation or Modification

Within 12 hours (from the time of successful order on our store)You can cancel or change your order by :

Email to about the #order number need cancellation or change : For example, #order is #XXXX (XXXX: is the order number randomly generated from the Krunchopia store and is on the recipient’s confirmation email when the order is successful)

Note :

  • If you request to cancel the order : You will receive your refund in 1-2 business days.
  • If you want to change : Depending on your requirements, the time you receive your order may be extended by 2-3 business days.

Incorrect address

Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because:

  • If there is incorrect or missing information that we can detect on our end, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order.
  • We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender. The returned orders will be donated to charities and will not be returned to our warehouse. Before reaching out to our customer support, please check your given shipping address first.
  • For orders returned due to an incorrect address provided, we request a re-shipping fee to resend your order

Package is lost or never arrived

Please check your shipping address is correct first. If the address is correct please contact us at we will conduct an investigation into the matter.
